NETi is a company providing information to the international electronic network Internet. Through NETi as a host, businesses, counties, municipalities and regional organizations are able to present information to Internet-users all over the world. Information in the form of text, tables, graphical presentations, pictures and short video sequences may provide information about the organization - information that previously has been presented in brochures, annual reports and papers. |

NETi utilizes DELL computers with a linux operating system, apache webserver and mysql as the database server. NETi is connected to the Internet via a 1 Mb/s SHDSL connection. | |

Fees: |
NETi charges a one-time fee to establish Web-pages for an organization and a quarterly fee for maintaining the information. This includes the establishment of the information pages and continuous availability to the Internet via NETi's World Wide Web server. The quarterly fee (from Nkr. 250) is based on the amount of information presented and optional services that are used (e.g. user surveys, translation of information to English etc.) |
